All purchases of Cookt Pro subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who acts as our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled in accordance with this policy.
2. MONTHLY PLAN (€7/month)
- 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of each payment
- Full refund, no questions asked
- Your account reverts to the Free plan immediately upon refund
3. ANNUAL PLAN (€69/year)
- 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment
- Full refund, no questions asked
- Your account reverts to the Free plan immediately upon refund
4. AFTER THE GUARANTEE PERIOD
If you request a refund after the applicable guarantee period:
- Contact us at support@cookt.io
- Pro-rated refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
- We aim to be fair and reasonable in all cases
5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
- Email support@cookt.io with your account email address
- Or use the receipt link from Paddle to request a refund directly
6. PROCESSING
- Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
7. WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR ACCOUNT
When a refund is processed:
- Your account reverts to the Free plan (7 AI recipe imports and 30 AI chat messages per month)
- No data is deleted — all your recipes, tags, and organization remain intact
- You can re-subscribe to Pro at any time
8. FREE PLAN
The Free plan is free of charge. No refund is applicable.
